Personal software,
made to measure.

We make small, private agentic tools and systems. A person designs them, machines help build them, and your data never leaves your computer or network. Not to us, not to any data center. No subscriptions, just results.

The apps

Annex

A secure room for the documents you can't email.

An end-to-end encrypted workspace for material you review with people outside your company — decks, term sheets, models, plans. Runs on your own server, reachable only over your private network. Guests are read in, their devices badged in, and read out when it's over; present without ever exporting; leaks are traceable. Built to order; the server never sees a word.

LockMarkPatent pending

Every copy, an identity.

When a document leaks, know exactly who leaked it. LockMark issues an individually marked, encrypted copy of a PDF for each recipient, and traces a leaked copy — even a photograph of a printed page — back to the copy it was issued as. Runs entirely on your Mac.

cmmntPatent pending

Feedback with coordinates.

Point at the pixel. cmmnt lets designers and creative directors mark up any screen with notes that land exactly where they mean — and marks motion too: scrub a recording, mark the frame, and the note travels with it. Hand back a sheet of stages anyone can read.

Clay2Client

Clay render in, client image out.

For architecture studios: drop the model, set the view, pick a look — line drawing, massing, draft, or photoreal — and get a client-ready image without a rendering farm or a rendering department. Runs on the studio's own hardware.

Huun

A sheet of paper that never runs out.

A private, local-first canvas for thinking: boards, sketches, references and notes on one surface, with the tools at the edge of the table instead of in your way. Nothing syncs anywhere unless you say so.

For when it isn't your face.

Services

Local AI, built around your business.

Most AI tools ask you to upload the thing you're trying to protect. We build the opposite: agentic workflows that live on your hardware, behind your firewall, tuned to how your business actually works — so the drawings, contracts and client files that make you you never leave the building.

Protecting IP is the point, not a feature.Nothing we build phones home, and we'll put that in writing.

Assess

A short look at where the hours go and what can run locally — with a plain answer on what shouldn't be automated at all.

Build

The workflow, on your machines, with your people's names on the approvals.

Keep

Handed over with the keys: documented, maintained if you want, yours either way.

How we build

Bespoke, not generic

Each app does one thing a real person needed and nothing else. No platforms, no roadmaps full of features for someone else.

Built with agents, kept from them

We build with AI the way a workshop uses power tools. The result runs on your machine; your files never leave it and never train anything.

Pay once, or not at all

A fair price for the tool, paid once. Free where the work is for people who shouldn't have to pay for help.

Maker

Lightscape Creative is a small team in New York, Philadelphia and Salt Lake City. The apps start as tools built to solve real problems — a document that leaked, a review that needed coordinates, a model that needed to be a presentation by Friday — and grow into bespoke utilities or full business platforms.

We work with agents all day and sign everything that ships.
